Community Bookstore

Starting with providing public cultural services, the government established community bookstores to provide free reading services, cultural activities, and convenient services for citizens. According to people’s requirements, the community bookstore provides differentiated services to get close to them. In addition, it is also required to perfect the store network layout and set up a sound network system for the Winshare retail business. Relying on the government resources, the community bookstore participated in the establishment of the public culture service system and provided perfect solutions for the reading service. The government is responsible for establishing the community bookstore, lending and recycling new books, and procuring public culture services and an innovative store operation mode.
